Sourav Jena

Sourav Jena currently serves as a Reliability Engineer at Eaton since July 2022. Prior to this role, Sourav Jena completed a thesis on the Physics of Failure based Reliability assessment of Dual T/R Module of Active Phased Array Radar at Lrde, Drdo R&D Lab in Bangalore from July 2021 to December 2021. This work involved using Physics of Failure methodologies for life prediction of T/R modules and identifying failure mechanisms under various environmental conditions. Sourav Jena holds a Master of Technology (MTech) in Quality and Reliability Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (January 2020 - May 2022) and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Kalahandi (January 2014 - June 2018). Educational background also includes a Higher Secondary Examination in Science from Lingaraj Science College, Berhampur, Odisha (2011 - 2013) and a High School diploma from PCP High School (2010 - 2011).
