Tobi Gibbons

Tobi Gibbons is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Eaton’s eMobility - Electric Vehicle business and leading HR for a $1.8 billion division within the Industrial Sector. Gibbons has held various senior positions at Eaton since 2004, including strategic change leader and HR Director, where responsibilities included driving talent management initiatives, overseeing HR services, and providing executive support to corporate leaders. Prior to Eaton, Gibbons worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Northrop Grumman Corporation and served as a Military Personnel Officer in the US Army. Gibbons holds a Master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Washington.
