Lennart Moche

Lennart Moche serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at EchoStar Corporation since August 2025, bringing extensive experience from previous roles as HR Leader at RingCentral and Vice President of Human Resources at Comcast from November 2002 to November 2024. At Comcast, Lennart managed the entire HR department, driving initiatives for organizational effectiveness and leading the integration of newly acquired business units. Lennart's earlier positions included roles as Executive Director, Senior Director, and Director of Human Resources, overseeing large teams and significant HR implementations during times of growth and acquisition. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Generalist at AT&T Broadband and a strong educational background with a Master's degree from Umeå University in Political Science and Philosophy.
