Vijay Shelke

Vijay Shelke is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Accounting Manager (RTR) at Eaton since October 2018, Vijay leads RTR functional and controllership teams for multiple business legal entities within Eaton's Aerospace business segment in North America, contributing to approximately $2.5 billion in annual revenue. Prior to this, Vijay held roles at TIBCO Software Inc., overseeing General Ledger Accounting and driving month-end closing processes across global shared service organizations. Vijay's experience also includes managing in-house accounting and revenue recognition at Reliance Entertainment, as well as foundational accounting development at Senate Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd. Vijay holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from SGB Amaravati University.
