Vishal Sharma

Vishal Sharma is a Senior Engineer at Eaton since September 2022, specializing in Powertrain xEV AMT. Prior to this role, Vishal served as a Senior Manager in Transmission Design at Tata Motors Limited from August 2018 to September 2022 and held the position of PGET focused on Transmission Design. Additionally, Vishal has contributed as a Guest Lecturer at the Engineering Staff College Of India, presenting on Finite Element Methods for Analysis and Design of Hydraulic Structures using ANSYS in September and November 2019. Vishal's early experience includes an industrial traineeship in the Hydro-Mechanical Department at THDC INDIA LIMITED in July 2014 and inplant training at the Central Institute of Tool Design in July 2013. Vishal holds a Master of Science in Solid Mechanics and Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from THDC Institute of Hydropower Engineering & Technology, earned in 2015.
