Rachel Betters began their work experience in 2017 as a Lawn and Garden Associate at Walmart. In 2019, they gained experience as a Project Worker at Broan and as a Student Designer at UW Carbone Cancer Center. In 2020, Rachel joined Souvenirs Madison as an Art Director and also served as a Graphic Design Intern at EatStreet. Rachel continued with EatStreet in 2021 as a Brand Designer and later became a Brand Designer & Creative in 2022. Rachel also contributed their skills as a Volunteer Graphic Designer at Friedens Community Ministries, Inc. In 2023, they began working as a Freelance Designer at Sunday Paper.

Rachel Betters completed their Bachelor of Science in Art with a focus on Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Rachel attended the university from 2018 to 2021. In addition to their degree, Rachel obtained certifications in Social Media Marketing Foundations and Digital Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn. Rachel obtained the Social Media Marketing Foundations certification in December 2022 and the Digital Marketing Foundations certification in October 2022.
