Stephan Kernst has extensive experience in managing quality of work life (QVT), diversity, and equality within organizations. Currently serving as Responsable QVT & Diversité - Egalité pro at Eau de Paris since January 2009, Stephan Kernst oversees health at work initiatives, diversity policies, and the prevention of psychosocial risks, while also supervising social services and health relations. Previous roles include Responsable Formation & Innovation Sociale and Responsable Développement Durable, where responsibilities encompassed strategic training directions, mobility pathways, sustainable development projects, and collaborations with regional stakeholders. Prior to Eau de Paris, Stephan Kernst worked at Sagep as Responsable Environnement, focusing on water resource protection and regulatory compliance. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Professional Training Management from Groupe IGS and a postgraduate degree in Environmental Management and Sustainable Development from the Institut Européen de Formation à la Gestion de l’Environnement, along with a Master's in Private Law from the University of Strasbourg.
