Emma Juravle

Emma Juravle is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Eau de Web since March 2021, Emma previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Sparkware Technologies, where initiatives for employee engagement and development were implemented. As Head of Talent Management at QUALITANCE, Emma engineered HR policies and launched key performance methodologies. Emma's earlier career includes significant contributions at Fundatia Motivation, standardizing HR practices and pioneering employment programs for individuals with disabilities, as well as roles at Genpact Romania and GECAD, focusing on recruitment and training.
