Regina Heller is the Vice President of Human Resources at Eaze. Regina has over twenty years of experience in human resources and has been with Eaze for just over a year. Prior to joining Eaze, Regina was the Vice President of Human Resources at Running Specialty Group, where they were responsible for heading the US, Guam, and Puerto Rico talent operations division for 1,000 stores encompassing 14,000 employees.
At Running Specialty Group, Regina developed and implemented a multi-faceted strategic vision for employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, organizational design, diversity & inclusion, payroll, HRIS, and vendor management. Regina also guided executive leadership, ensured organizational alignment, and aided in the decision-making process. In their role, Regina also analyzed and presented organizational outcomes, highlighting business performance and culture.

Ms. Heller has a degree in Business Administration and Management from Marian University Indianapolis. Regina also has certification from SHRM in SHRM-SCP and from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in SPHR. In addition, they are a Certified Mentor from the Mentoring Women's Network.
