Valentina Buzzi is an experienced professional in the field of cultural studies and exhibition curation. Currently serving as a Research Assistant at the National Research Foundation of Korea and an Exhibition Curator for Italy at Frieze, Valentina also holds the role of Exhibition Coordinator for the Italian Pavilion at the 15th Gwangju Biennale, overseeing logistics, production, and diplomatic liaison. Additional curatorial responsibilities include a position at Fondation d’Entreprise Wilmotte for the collateral event at the 60th Venice Biennale and partnership roles at Art Busan. Valentina contributes written works to ArtAsiaPacific and eazel inc., and previously wrote for Artsy. Valentina’s educational background includes a Joint Masters and Ph.D. in Cultural Studies from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and a Master of Arts in International Cultural Policy and Management from the University of Warwick.
