Anuja Gautam has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Anuja began their career as a Guest Relation Executive at ITC Hotels in 2005 and later joined Oberoi Hotels & Resorts as a Front Office Supervisor and Assistant Manager. In 2011, they transitioned to Pullman Hotels & Resorts as an Assistant Manager in the Front Office.

In 2013, Anuja joined Intertek as an Executive Assistant to the Regional Managing Director (RMD) for South Asia. Anuja then moved to William E. Connor & Associates Ltd. in 2014, where they served as an Executive Assistant to the RMD for South Asia, South East Asia, and Europe.

In 2015, Anuja joined EazyDiner as a Senior Manager in Human Resources and Training. Over the years, they progressed within the company, holding positions such as Director of HR & Training, Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, and currently, they serve as the Vice President of Human Resources.

In 2018, alongside their role at EazyDiner, Anuja took up a position as the Vice President at The Postcard Hotel, where they continue to contribute.

Anuja Gautam completed an Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur in the year 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Com degree in Business/Commerce, General from Delhi University. Additionally, they hold certifications in People Analytics from LinkedIn (obtained in April 2020) and Psychology at Work from The University of Western Australia.
