Joyce Holtzclaw came to E&B Natural Resources in 2013 after working for more than 30 years for a variety of companies, including Chevron, Oxy/Vintage, Berry Petroleum, Nations, and Hathaway LLC. She has held significant positions in drilling, production, operations, reservoir engineering, field development, and management. Joyce is a distinguished member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and recipient of several international and local SPE awards. She is active in the community and a former President and long-standing Board member of the Kern Literacy Council.
Joyce has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Masters in Business Administration.
