Spencer Hammond Pe, Capp, Msdt

Spencer Hammond, PE, CAPP, MSDT is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in air quality and environmental management. Currently serving as a Senior Air Quality Scientist at E&B Natural Resources since August 2018, Spencer also holds a position on the Board of Directors at Gorilla Design. As a Master Scuba Diver Trainer for PADI since February 2007, expertise in both marine and environmental sciences is highlighted. Spencer previously worked at Chevron USA, Inc. as an HES Advisor focused on greenhouse gas and environmental trading schemes. Additional roles include principal at Brightwerks, Inc., Senior Consultant at ERM, and Engineer at the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District. Academic credentials include dual BS degrees in Geology and Mining Engineering from the University of Utah.
