Toshikazu Yajima

Mr. Yajima it the General Manager of Strategic System Equipment Division. He received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tokyo Denki University in Japan.

Mr. Yajima was a design engineer in factory automation system and joined the Ebara Corporation Fujisawa factory in 2000. In 2005 he transferred to ETI as the Technical Support Engineer for plating tools. After that Mr. Yajima held a number of positions at Ebara Corporation in Japan as well as ETI in the United States until he was promoted to his current position as managing of CMP and Plating tool in 2021.

Mr. Yajima enjoys working at ETI because the division has a lot of challenges and also opportunities to learn and contribute the most advanced technologies for chip manufacturing industry.
