Dr. Anna Zeiter

Dr. Anna Zeiter, LL.M., serves as Vice President & Chief Privacy Officer at eBay since August 2014, holding various leadership roles in privacy and data protection within the company. Additionally, Dr. Zeiter is an active member of the IAPP Board of Directors, serves on the AI Governance Center Advisory Board, and contributes to the World Economic Forum as Co-Lead for the Digital Economy project. As an educator, Dr. Zeiter lectures on European Data Protection Law and Intellectual Property at multiple universities. Previous experience includes roles at Norton Rose Fulbright and DLA Piper focusing on data privacy, eCommerce, and technology law, complemented by formal legal training and advanced degrees from reputable institutions including Stanford University and the University of Hamburg.
