Keith Metcalfe

Keith Metcalfe is an experienced leader in the e-commerce and retail industries, currently serving as the Director of Luxury for eBay Europe and the UK since 2015. In this role, Keith has successfully launched innovative propositions, such as the 'Authenticity Guarantee' for Sneakers and Watches, and has overseen strategic trading in the Lifestyle and Luxury verticals. Prior experience includes significant roles at Tesco Stores Ltd, where Keith led product development for connected products and managed teams to achieve market leadership in the tablet sector. Keith began his career in buying and account management, with notable positions at Entertainment UK and other industry-related roles, and holds a BSc in Management Studies and Maths from the University of Leeds.
