Mariana Popovic is an experienced professional in talent and organizational development, currently serving as Senior Director and Global Head of Talent Development at eBay since May 2013. Mariana has led a team focused on innovative solutions for employee development, managing processes for leadership and team development across eBay's global workforce. Previously, Mariana held positions at GlaxoSmithKline, including Organization Development Manager and Senior Organization Development Consultant, where responsibilities included consulting on global change initiatives and implementing leadership and capability programs. Early in the career, Mariana worked as a Principal Consultant at Lixivium Consulting and holds multiple degrees in psychology and organizational studies from renowned institutions. Mariana is also a certified Co-Active Coach® from The Coaches Training Institute®.
