Ben Tarbell

Ben Tarbell is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ebb Carbon, a company that specializes in electrochemistry to enhance the ocean's natural ability to store CO2 and reduce ocean acidity. Ben is also a Board Member of GlobalGiving and a Venture Partner at AiiM Partners. Additionally, Ben has served as a Powerhouse Ventures Investor and Investment Advisory Committee Member, supporting innovative software solutions for global energy and mobility systems. Ben has advised companies such as Dandelion (Home Geothermal), X, the moonshot factory, and Mosaic (joinmosaic.com), and was a Vice President of Products at SolarCity. Ben has also served on the Board of Directors for GRID Alternatives and worked as an Energy Principal at Google.

Ben Tarbell has a diverse education history. Ben completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Cornell University from 1993 to 1997. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering Design at Stanford University from 1997 to 1999. Later, they attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2003 to 2005.
