Sidrah H.

Sidrah H. has a diverse work experience in various roles. Most recently, they worked as a User Experience Architect at ebbo starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they were the Founder of Mantled in Modesty, an Instagram-based apparel business that also focused on advocating for mental health. During their time there, they developed project management skills and achieved a revenue of over $1000 in their first pop-up shop.

Sidrah also worked as a Lead UX/UI Designer at Instra.Ai from January 2020 to June 2021. At STRUT Learning, they served as a User Experience Designer, where they led the design process for SELDA, an emotional intelligence assessment tool. Sidrah also wrote microcopy and communicated with developers and senior product management teams.

Additionally, Sidrah has experience as a Product Designer at nSmiles, a User Experience/Product Designer at Springboard, and a Design Intern at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. Sidrah also worked as an Instructor at Mcc Full Time School, where they managed projects and lessons for students and collaborated with a team on planning events and parent conferences. Sidrah started their career as a Patient Access Specialist at Northwestern Medicine.

Sidrah H. has a diverse education history in the field of design and psychology. In 2019, they obtained a UX/UI Design/Research Diploma from Springboard, where they focused on user experience design and user experience research. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Cognitive Psychology at Loyola University Chicago, although the specific start and end years are unknown.

In addition to their formal education, Sidrah has obtained various certifications to further enhance their skills. In September 2020, they completed the "Color for Design and Art" and "Typography: Choosing and Combining Typefaces" courses through LinkedIn. In June 2020, they completed the "Sketch Essential Training: The Basics" course, also on LinkedIn. Prior to that, in April 2020, they completed the "UX Design: 3 Creating Personas" course on LinkedIn. In January 2020, they obtained the "Empathy in UX Design" certification through LinkedIn. Sidrah also holds a certification in UX/UI Design from Springboard, obtained in February 2019.

Outside of their design and psychology education, Sidrah also holds an IB Diploma from the International Baccalaureate, obtained in June 2014. Sidrah has also obtained a Paraprofessional Educator Endorsement from the Illinois State Board of Education in January 2019.
