Matthias Sim is an experienced professional in the FinTech recruitment sector, currently serving as the FinTech Practice Lead at Ethos BeathChapman since April 2024. Prior to this role, Matthias held multiple positions at Storm2 from September 2021 to March 2024, advancing from Consultant to Senior Consultant and finally to Managing Consultant. Additionally, Matthias contributed as a Research Assistant at Singapore Institute of Technology, gaining skills in project management and research within the MICE industry. Early career experiences include roles such as Sales Associate at Jack Wills and Event Coordinator at AIPAC, coupled with a position as Project Executive at Reed Exhibitions. Matthias holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Business from Singapore Institute of Technology, completed in 2021, and previously attended Nanyang Polytechnic from 2013 to 2016.
