Michael Vakulskas

Michael Vakulskas possesses extensive experience in customer experience and information technology. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Process Lead at EBE Technologies since April 2020, Michael is responsible for enhancing customer engagement strategies. Prior to this role, Michael held a prominent position as IT Enterprise Architect/Project Manager at HNI Corporation from April 1985 to October 2019, where a blend of leadership and technical expertise was demonstrated. Additionally, Michael has been retired since October 2019.
