Timoteo Rouchon is a co-founder of Upscalers, a European investment syndicate focused on Pre-Seed and Seed Technology startups, where significant achievements include scaling the syndicate to 85 members across six cities and leading the development of a proprietary tech platform. Additionally, Timoteo has acted as an angel investor in various startups, making 18 investments, including Marblism.com. Prior experience includes serving as a strategy consultant at A-Partners, a boutique consulting firm supporting SMB transformations in the Aerospace, Defense, and Agri-food sectors. Timoteo holds a Master's degree in Management from emlyon business school and has participated in an Erasmus program at the University of Birmingham, along with studying at Sciences Po Lyon.
