Naureen Salim

Naureen Salim is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and case management. Currently serving as a Case Manager at Avatar Home Health since January 2020, Naureen also holds a position as a Home Health Nurse at Elim Care and as a Registered Nurse at Ebenezer, both positions starting in October 2018 and January 2017 respectively. Previously, Naureen worked as a PD Nurse at Fresenius Group and as a Charge Nurse at American Renal Associates from February 2006 to September 2018. Naureen possesses advanced educational qualifications, including a Master’s degree in Family Practice Nursing from Walden University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Education from Grand Canyon University. Naureen's foundational training includes an Associate of Arts from Islamic College in Karachi, Pakistan, and completion of a Midwifery course at Kharadar Maternity Home.
