Emilio Ruffolo

Emilio Ruffolo has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Emilio is currently the Director of Operations NA at Eberhard Manufacturing Company since August 2022. Before that, they were the Owner of Alfa Properties from January 2020 to August 2022. Prior to that, Ruffolo worked at CNH Industrial as a Plant Operations Manager from May 2017 to July 2020. Emilio also served as a Plant Manager, Multi-Site at Metalex from June 2015 to May 2017. Ruffolo held various positions at CNH Industrial, including World Class Manufacturing Manager NAFTA from November 2012 to July 2015, and Project Manager from November 2010 to October 2012. Emilio began their career at Chrysler as a Sr Financial Analyst from November 2006 to November 2010 and later worked at DaimlerChrysler, where they served as an Assembly/Machining Supervisor from August 2001 to November 2006 and as a Supervisor from June 1998 to July 2001.

Emilio Ruffolo completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside from 1996 to 2000. Later, from 2001 to 2004, they pursued and successfully attained an MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree in Business Management from the same university.
