Tina Lehman has a diverse work experience starting as a Receptionist at Communications Products and Services in 1999. Tina then worked as an Administrative Assistant at ThinkSpark in 2000. Tina transitioned to Eberl Claims Service in 2001 as a Human Resources Manager and later held roles as Deployment Coordinator, Marketing Manager, Staffing Manager, and Director Of Staffing. Currently, they serve as the Director of Staffing, Licensing & Compliance at Eberl Claims Service since January 2021.

Tina Lehman completed their Bachelor of Science in Recreation & Tourism at Colorado State University from 1994 to 1999.
