Claudia Kirbach-Firlej

Claudia Kirbach-Firlej has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Claudia currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources Automotive Electronics at Eberspächer Group. Prior to this role, they served as an International Human Resource Business Partner from 2018 to 2021 and as an HR Specialist in Global Human Resources from 2017 to 2018. Claudia also worked as an HR Manager in Talent & Culture Development from 2015 to 2017 and as an HR Business Partner from 2011 to 2014, both at Eberspächer Group. Before joining Eberspächer Group, they worked as a Wissenschaftlicher Assistent (Research Assistant) at Technische Universität Chemnitz from 2007 to 2011. Claudia also had an internship as an Intern in International Executive Development at Bosch in 2009.

Claudia Kirbach-Firlej has a Master of Arts - MA degree in Business Management / Intercultural Communication from Technische Universität Chemnitz. Claudia attended this institution from 2003 to 2010. Additionally, from 2013 to 2015, they obtained another Master of Arts - MA degree in Business Psychology, Leadership, and Management from Fachhochschule Riedlingen.
