Javier González Rodríguez has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Javier started their career as a Sales Engineer at G.E.C. Alsthom Sales Network, where they provided technical and sales support for the commercialization of electricity meters. Javier then moved on to Preditec, where they worked as a Product Manager, handling equipment and services for Material Testing and Industrial Maintenance. After that, they joined Aries Ingeniería y Sistemas S.A. as a Senior Product Manager, specializing in Testing Systems and Equipment for the automotive, aeronautics, and process industries.
In 2002, Javier joined Applus+ IDIADA, a global automotive engineering company, first as an Area Sales Manager and later as the Commercial Director for IDIADA Brazil. During their time at Applus+ IDIADA, they were responsible for managing the sales cycle of engineering and testing services for automotive companies and their suppliers in various markets, including Spain, South America, Turkey, and Portugal.
In 2014, Javier joined Marposs as an Area Sales Manager, where they focused on delivering integrated systems for process control and measurement applications in various manufacturing sectors. Finally, they currently work at Eberspaecher, a leading company in Climate Control Systems, Exhaust Technology, and Automotive Electronics, where they hold the position of Sales Director & Country Manager for Spain & Portugal.
Javier González Rodríguez completed their education in two institutions. Javier first attended the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 1988 to 1995, where they obtained a M.Sc.Eng. degree in Industrial Engineering. Following this, they enrolled in the Sales Management Executive Program at IESE Business School in 2003, although the field of study for this program is not specified.
