Mathew Shannon

Mathew Shannon is an experienced professional in operations and management, currently serving as Plant Manager at Eberspächer Group since March 2020. Prior to this role, Mathew held several positions at ZF Group from May 2008 to March 2020, including Operations Manager, Materials Manager, and Business Unit Manager. Mathew began their career at Delphi, first as a Production Supervisor from 2004 to 2006 and then as a Quality Engineer from October 2006 to October 2008. Mathew holds an MBA from the University of Michigan (2010-2012), a Master of Science in Leadership from Central Michigan University (2008-2010), and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Central Michigan University (1997-2001).
