Pradeep Parthasarathy

Pradeep Parthasarathy has a strong work experience in manufacturing and operations. Pradeep most recently worked at Eberspächer Group, starting in 2015. Pradeep held various roles in the company, including Head of Operations, Senior Manager Production and Maintenance, Manager Production, and Assistant Production Manager. Prior to joining Eberspächer Group, they worked at Schneider Electric as a Team Leader in Production from 2011 to 2015. Pradeep also has experience working at LG Electronics as a Senior Production Engineer from 2009 to 2011.

Pradeep Parthasarathy's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Manufacturing Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which they pursued from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ramaiah Institute of Technology between 2007 and 2009. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they obtained from Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2007.

Pradeep holds a Six Sigma Black belt certification from Anexas Europe, which they acquired in September 2015.
