Ulrike Woerz

Ulrike Woerz has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Starting in 1995, they worked at Mineralbrunnen Überkingen-Teinach AG as an Assistant to the board member responsible for production and logistics until 1999. Ulrike then joined Arthur Andersen Business Consulting GmbH as a Senior Consultant from 1999 to 2001. In 2001, Ulrike began their career at Eberspächer Group, where they held various roles such as Project Manager SAP/R3 Implementation, Head of SAP Competence Center, Manager Corporate Reporting, and Project Manager SAP HCM. Ulrike also took a parental leave from November 2012 to April 2014. Ulrike's most recent roles at Eberspächer Group include Director Corporate Strategy, Projects & Reporting, Vice President Corporate Strategy & Development, Chief Strategy Officer - Member of the Executive Board, and Head of New Business. As of 2022, they are currently serving as the President and Member of the Board of Managers at Eberspächer VAIREX.

Ulrike Woerz attended Hochschule Esslingen - University of Applied Sciences from 1990 to 1995. Ulrike pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering and successfully obtained a Dipl. Wirtschaftsingenieur (FH) - Industrial Engineer. Their educational focus was on Industrial Engineering throughout their time at the university.
