Emmanuel Garcia Jr.

Emmanuel Garcia Jr. is an experienced professional with a strong background in software development and management within the employee benefits sector. As the Owner Principal of EBG Systems, Inc. since January 2000, Emmanuel has focused on providing a web-based proposal system for Pension and Profit Sharing Plans, along with a portal for Third Party Administrators (TPAs) for document and workflow management. Prior to this role, Emmanuel served as President of EBG & Associates, Inc. from 1978 until 1995, where software for employee benefits was developed until the company's acquisition by Corbel. Emmanuel holds a Master of Science in Management Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University.
