Suzette Schilling

Suzette Schilling is an experienced human resources executive, currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at EBG since September 2019. Prior to this role, Suzette held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at TravelClick from May 2011 to September 2019, leading HR initiatives for a major provider of data solutions in the hospitality industry. Previous experience includes Regional Director of Human Resources at Sonepar USA, and Director of Human Resources at Viking Electric Supply, where responsibilities encompassed HR operations, recruitment, compensation management, and legal compliance. Suzette began a career in human resources with a foundation in training and organizational development at Precision Systems, Inc. and held a managerial position at Tharaldson Enterprises. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Northern Iowa.
