Rahuman S. Malik Sheriff

Rahuman S. Malik Sheriff currently serves as an Honorary Senior Lecturer in the Department of Surgery and Cancer at Imperial College London, focusing on building immune digital twins for personalized drug target identification. Additionally, as a Senior Project Leader at the European Bioinformatics Institute since June 2014, Rahuman develops data resources and tools for computational modeling, bioinformatics, and machine learning applications. Previously, Rahuman was a Postdoctoral Fellow and Editor for the Systems Biology Markup Language, and held various visiting scientist roles, including at the Medical Research Council and Imperial College London. Rahuman earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Biology from the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Physiology and TU Dortmund, following a Master’s in Animal Biotechnology from Bharathidasan University and a Bachelor’s in Zoology with a specialization in Biotechnology from The American College, Madurai.
