Ravi Kiran M

Ravi Kiran M is a DevSecOps Specialist at the European Bioinformatics Institute since December 2017, leading application and infrastructure migrations in on-premise and hybrid cloud environments and organizing the OpenShift for EBI Hackathon. Previously, Ravi worked as a Sr DevOps Engineer at IBM India Private Limited from August 2016 to November 2017, where responsibilities included managing DevOps processes and setting up automated CICD pipelines for cloud native and hybrid systems. Ravi also has experience as a QA & DevOps Engineer in consulting roles for Flipkart, GEP, GrabHouse, and LocalOye, focusing on automated builds and deployments using Jenkins pipelines. Additionally, Ravi started a career as a QA Engineer at Zycus from July 2012 to July 2014, utilizing the Extreme Programming model. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree from Great Learning (2021-2022) and an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (2008-2012).
