Sanja Abbott

Sanja Abbott is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in bioinformatics and project leadership. They have worked at EMBL-EBI since March 2016, where they oversee the maintenance and improvement of the Electron Microscopy Data Bank at PDBe. Prior to this, they held various roles at University of Cambridge, including as an IT Consultant and Computer Officer. With a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Newcastle University, they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their work.
