Lorraine Young

Lorraine Young is currently the Company Secretary at Ebiquity in London. Lorraine has previous experience working as a partner at Shakespeare Martineau, providing company secretarial and corporate governance support to a variety of clients. Lorraine has also served as a Policy Adviser for the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and has been a Non Executive Director for City of London Group plc and Chair of the remuneration committee. In addition, Lorraine was the President of ICSA UKRIAT for August 2014 to July 2015. Before their current position, Lorraine was the Managing Director of their own company, Lorraine Young Limited, from March 2008 to June 2016.

Lorraine Young has a long and impressive educational career. Lorraine first received their BSc in Chemical Sciences from the University of Leeds. Lorraine then went on to receive their training as a mediator in July 2018 and became an accredited mediator in January 2019. In February 2019, they completed their workplace and employment mediation training course from the London School of Mediation. Finally, they became a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland in 1996.
