Jim Shirley

Jim Shirley is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in facility services and cleaning operations. Currently serving as Operations Manager at EBM Inc Executive Building Maintenance since February 2023, Jim has previously held positions as Area Manager at GDI Integrated Facility Services and Operations Manager at ATALIAN Global Services. As President of Affordable Cleaning Solutions LLC from July 2010 to April 2016, Jim managed cleaning operations, focused on efficient staffing, and assisted in staff training to enhance productivity. Jim's early career includes service in the US Army as an Infantryman, where tactical leadership and implementation of combat orders were key responsibilities.
