Aurea Villar is a professional with extensive experience in Human Resources and management. Currently working as the HR Manager at the European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation, Aurea has created and implemented HR policies for 4 offices. Aurea is also the CEO of Faurat & Villar S.L., a family real estate business. Aurea has worked as an HR Business Partner for Globalpraxis Group and as an HR Consultant for UNICEF. With a background in international cooperation and development, Aurea also has experience working as an HR Business Partner for Médecins Sans Frontières, where Aurea handled various HR-related tasks for missions in different countries. Aurea holds a degree in Executive Master in HR Management and is also a certified yoga teacher.
