Richard Jacobson has extensive experience in various roles within the bowling and technology sectors. Since February 2009, Richard has served as the Assistant Coach for the NCAA Lady Pioneers Bowling Team at Sacred Heart University, focusing on player evaluation through advanced video analysis. Concurrently, since July 2005, Richard has been providing internet technical support for Ebonite International, addressing product inquiries and warranty issues. As the Proprietor of Great Balls of Fire since June 1989, Richard manages multiple aspects of the business, including purchasing, marketing, and custom bowling ball fitting. Prior experience includes programming for Combustion Engineering Corporation, where Richard developed software to enhance inter-company communication, and roles at the University of Hartford in computer services. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Hartford, obtained in 1986.
