Michael Oldenburger

Michael Oldenburger currently serves as a Board Member for both Ebos Luxembourg and Yource Bulgaria, as well as the General Counsel and Head of Legal & Compliance for Yource Group since February 2021. With a strong background in corporate law, Michael previously worked at VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne as an Attorney-at-law specializing in Corporate M&A and Banking & Finance from June 2019 to December 2020. Prior experience includes several roles at NautaDutilh, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Associate to Master Thesis Intern, focusing on corporate transactions and legal due diligence. Michael's academic credentials include an LL.M. in Corporate Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and extensive training at the Law Firm School.
