Ingrid Melvin, CEBS, CLU, currently serves as Executive Vice President at IMA Financial Group, Inc. since December 2023. Prior to this role, Ingrid was a Senior Partner at EBS Insurance Brokers, Inc. from July 1997 to December 2023, where the firm focused on collaborating with HR, finance, and operations leaders to enhance the value of employee benefits programs. Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Rhode Island, earned between 1983 and 1987.
