Olha Kinash

Olha Kinash is a Senior Customer Success Manager at EBS, a leading consulting company in Ukraine, since July 2019, specializing in customer relationship management, team leadership, and creating strategic solutions for clients. Responsibilities include coaching Customer Success Managers, facilitating communication between customers and internal teams, and addressing escalated issues to prevent churn. Previously, Olha served as an Account Manager at Intercomp, where achievements included a significant price increase for clients and improvements in audit procedures. Additionally, Olha is a member of Women of Customer Success and has experience as an Administrative Office Specialist at the Center for Management and Marketing in Earth Sciences. Educational qualifications include a Specialist Degree in Geology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from the Ukrainian Institute of Linguistics and Management.
