Andrea Raftery

Andrea Raftery has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at EBSCO Industries, Inc. since September 2013. Prior roles include Human Resources Analyst, Talent Management Analyst at Nissan North America, and Project Associate at the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness, where Andrea focused on job analysis, training needs analysis, curriculum development, survey design, and organizational assessments. Additionally, Andrea worked as an Organizational Effectiveness Specialist at the Tennessee Center for Child Welfare, specializing in competency-based performance management and change management. Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
