Kristi Parker

Kristi Parker PHR is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at EBSCO Industries, Inc. since November 2008, Kristi has held multiple roles including Director of Talent Acquisition and Corporate Recruiter. Prior to EBSCO, Kristi worked as a Staffing Agent at e-staff, Inc. (Randstad) from June 2006 to November 2008, and as an Executive Administrative Assistant at James W. Gorman for nearly a decade. Kristi's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Master of Arts in Counseling along with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
