Valenda Penne

Valenda Penne serves as a Senior People Partner at Ebury since August 2019, focusing on operational HR in Germany and Switzerland and team leadership for Eastern Europe, while also managing office operations in Switzerland. Prior to this role, Valenda was a Transformation Manager and Partner at mitPlan GmbH from January 2019 to January 2023, where support for SMEs, associations, and NGOs in digitalization and transformation processes was provided. Additional experience includes working as a PR Consultant at Weibel Communication AG, Head of Communications at FOUR PAWS, and Communications Manager at Hitachi Zosen Inova AG. Valenda holds a Master of Arts in Organisationsentwicklung from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau and a Bachelor in Science of Business Communication from HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich.
