Danny Welten has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Danny currently works at Ebusco® as a Team Lead Sales Engineering since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Engineer from May 2021 until March 2023. Before Ebusco®, Danny held various positions at different companies. Danny worked at ASV Automobielbedrijven BV as a Projectondersteuner Aftersales from October 2018 to April 2019, and as a Werkplaatschef from February 2018 to September 2018. Danny also worked at Van Laarhoven BMW as an Allround Serviceadviseur from July 2010 to January 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Auto Daamen B.V. as an Allround Serviceadviseur VW/Audi from August 2007 to June 2010. Danny also held the position of Magazijn- en garantiemedewerker at Auto Daamen B.V. from February 2007 to August 2007. Danny's earliest work experience was at Autobedrijf M. Swinkels, where they served as an Assistent werkplaats from September 1998 to August 2001, and later as a Eerste autotechnicus from September 2001 to January 2007.

Danny Welten has a diverse education history in the automotive industry. Danny has attended multiple schools and gained various qualifications in different areas of automotive service and management. Their education includes completing courses in service advising, middle-management, basic knowledge-management, and autotechnics at various levels. Danny attended the BMW Group Nederland in 2013 and 2014, receiving training as a professional service advisor. Danny also attended Pon's Automobielhandel B.V. in 2007 and 2008, where they specialized in international Volkswagen service advising. In 2006, Danny studied Nemas middle-management and Nemas basiskennis-management at ROC Eindhoven. Danny further pursued their education at the same institution, completing a course in first-level autotechnics in 2003 and autotechnics at the second level in 2001. Prior to this, Danny completed their LTS autotechniek program at Hub van Doornecollege from 1997 to 2001, focusing on autotechnics at C/D level.
