Phil Wales

Phil Wales has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Phil is currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at OSCRE International since March 2019. Prior to this, they held leadership roles at EBUSINESS STRATEGIES LLC as the President from January 2001 onwards and as the Chief Executive Officer from January 2000 onwards. Phil also worked as a Consultant at GSA from 2001 to 2006. Before that, Phil was a Principal at Luminant from 1995 to 1999 and a Consultant at CB Richard Ellis from 1987 to 1992.

Phil Wales completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Zoology from Texas A&M University in 1975. Phil then pursued a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University, which they completed in 1978. Later, in 1979, Phil obtained their Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree with a focus on Building Design from Texas A&M University.
