Jeffery Ingold has over 25 years of work experience in engineering and manufacturing roles. Jeffery started their career at Glassmaster Controls Company in 1994 as a CAD Technician and later became a Tooling Specialist, gaining experience in design and manufacturing.

In 2003, they joined Glassmaster Controls Company again as an Engineering Technician, where they supervised maintenance technicians and tooling specialists and provided strategic direction and support for program management, product design, and tool room operations. Jeffery was later promoted to Project Engineer/Tool Room/Maintenance Manager, where they generated bill-of-materials, defined costs for quoting options, and designed stamping fixtures, assembly fixtures, and injection molds for the heavy truck industry.

In 2007, Ingold joined DENSO Air Systems Michigan Inc. as an NPI Project Engineer, responsible for new process development and managing production launches with minimal changes. Jeffery later became a Production Engineer, implementing lean manufacturing techniques and providing technical direction and support for engineering and design.

From 2012 to 2015, they worked as an Assistant Engineering and Maintenance Manager at DENSO, where they managed maintenance staff, planned budgets, and implemented inventory control measures that resulted in cost savings.

Since 2013, Ingold has been serving as the Engineering Manager at DENSO, leading the daily activities of the engineering department, managing project timelines, and overseeing kaizen and capital projects. Jeffery has also focused on evaluating staffing levels and implementing recruiting initiatives to develop new engineering talent.

In 2018, Ingold joined EBW Electronics as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, where they currently work.

Jeffery Ingold completed their education in Manufacturing Engineering with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) from Western Michigan University. Jeffery attended this institution from 2002 to 2013. Prior to this, from 1997 to 2005, they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) in Machine Tool Technology/Machinist at Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
