Robson Silva, MSc. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Robson is the Founder and CEO of ADINT - Cyber Intelligence Institute, where they focus on transforming students into skilled Cybernetic Intelligence Analysts and industrial cybersecurity professionals. Additionally, they serve as the Director of Cyber Intelligence, providing open and private training programs, as well as awareness talks on Cyber Intelligence and Critical Infrastructure cybersecurity.

Robson also has experience as a Senior Instructor in various cybersecurity domains, including OT/ICS/IIOT Cybersecurity and Offensive Threat Intelligence. Robson has worked with organizations such as EC-Council and Università Telematica Pegaso, where they conducted research and instructed on ICS/SCADA Cybersecurity and ICS Threat Intelligence.

Furthermore, Robson has held roles as an IT/OT Threat Intelligence Specialist at Raízen, one of the largest conglomerates in Brazil and Latin America. In this position, they were responsible for global threat intelligence, including analysis and production of cyber intelligence, cyber crisis emulation, and integration of teams oriented to cyber intelligence.

Additionally, Robson has been involved with academic institutions, serving as a Postgraduate Professor in Offensive Cybersecurity at Academia Inovadora de TI and as a Research member at War Studies Society KCL. Robson is also a member of OPERB - Ordem dos Peritos do Brasil.

Previously, Robson worked as a Senior Threat Intelligence Analyst at OPLIUM Italia and as a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst at Agility, focusing on threat hunting.

Currently, Robson Silva is set to join Instituto de Defesa Cibernética as the Critical Infrastructure Committee Manager, starting in August 2023.

Robson Silva, MSc. has an extensive education history in various fields. Starting in 2014, they obtained a specialization in Leadership and crisis management from the Marine Corps War College. Robson then pursued a Graduation degree in Cybersecurity from UNOPAR - Universidade Norte do Paraná.

Continuing their education, they completed a Postgraduate Lato Sensu - Specialization in Computer Forensics and Information Security from IPOG - Instituto de Pós-Graduação e Graduação. Robson also completed a Postgraduate Lato Sensu in Cyber Threat Intelligence from DARYUS Consultoria e Treinamento.

Robson'spursuit of knowledge extended to international relations and diplomacy as well. Robson obtained a Specialization degree in International Relations and Cyber Diplomacy from Università Telematica Pegaso and a Postgraduate Lato Sensu - Specialization in International Relations: Geopolitics and Defense from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.

Currently, Robson is a PhD candidate in Critical Infrastructure at Capitol Technology University, which they started in 2023 and is expected to complete in 2026.

Moreover, Robson has gained several certifications throughout their career including ICS/SCADA Cybersecurity from EC-Council, Industrial Control Systems Cybersecurity from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Joint Anti-Terrorism Level 1 prescribed by DODI 2000.16 from the United States Marine Corps, and MITRE ATT&CK Defender™ (MAD) ATT&CK® Cyber Threat Intelligence Certification Training and MITRE ATT&CK Defender™ ATT&CK® Adversary Emulation from Cybrary. Robson has also obtained certifications in Practical Cyber Threat Intelligence and C|TIA - Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst from EC-Council. Other notable certifications include E-QTEsp-Lid | Special Leadership Management from Corpo de Fuzileiros Navais and C-Exp-TE | Academic Instructor from Corpo de Fuzileiros Navais. Robson is also a Certified EC-Council Instructor (CEI) and holds a certification in Professional Pentest from Desec Security.
