James Prabu, CSM® and MCP, has been in the tech industry since 2006. James began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Altech Star Solutions Pvt Ltd. In 2007, they moved to EC Group International and has held various roles since then, including Software Architect, Project Lead, Senior Tech Lead, Tech Lead, Associate Tech Lead, Senior Analyst, and Analyst.

James Prabu holds a MSc in Information Technology from Alagappa University, Alagappa Nagar, Karaikudi, obtained between 2009 and 2011. James also holds certifications from Apollo GraphQL for Graph Developer - Associate (2023), Microsoft for Developing ASP.NET MVC 4 Web Applications (2017), Amazon Web Services (AWS) for AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (2022), and Scrum Alliance\u00ae for Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae) (2015).
